Let Only Service - Only £325 inc. VAT (Offer ends 30/09/11)
The Let-only service is designed for landlords who are involved in most of the day-to-day running of your property yourself.
We will:
- Visit your property to appraise it for rent achievable
- Prepare details for the property to be marketed immediately
- Find a tenant and negotiate the terms of the lease for you
- Undertake prospective tenant referencing and or credit checks
- Collect deposit and 1st months’ rent and forward to you.
- Our fees will be deducted at this stage.
- Arrange future rent payments direct by standing order into your bank account
- Extra services are available at additional cost.
Once the Tenant/s has been checked into the property, all other aspects of the management including the return of the tenant’s deposit will be the responsibility of the landlord.
